What's inside

Written from what the software does today, not a roadmap.

Memberships and contracts
  • Plans with several billing periods, priced per period rather than per month
  • A discount waterfall — several discounts on one sale, applied in a defined order with a recorded result
  • Freeze policies: maximum days, number of uses, who is authorised to apply one, and a start date the member can choose
  • Transfers to another member, with the fee charged and both parties told
  • Upgrades mid-term, priced against what is left of the current contract
  • Renewals, with auto-renew as a plan default and a per-contract override
  • Grandfathered pricing, so a price rise applies to new members and not to existing ones
Point of sale
  • One cart for memberships, products, services, bundles and classes
  • Coupon codes and issued vouchers, with the discount unlocked per item type
  • Part payment, multiple methods, and refunds that reverse the contract they created
  • Parked carts and an abandoned-sale worklist to close what was left
  • ZATCA-compliant invoices, with onboarding and reporting handled
Classes, PT and the timetable
  • Recurring classes generated onto a timetable, with capacity per session
  • A waitlist that promotes the next member in order the moment someone cancels
  • Roster, attendance and no-show tracking
  • Move or call off a single session — the roster is told, not just the calendar
  • PT sold as session packs, drawn down as sessions are recorded, with the balance visible to the member
  • Trainer availability, so a booking cannot land where the trainer is not
Access control
  • Gate devices bound to a club and a policy
  • Access rules carried by the membership plan, not attached member by member
  • Zones, so a plan can open some doors and not others
  • Check-in, a live who-is-inside list, and same-day anomalies worth a look
The member portal
  • Book and cancel classes, and see the waitlist position
  • Freeze a membership from a chosen start date, within the policy
  • Renew, upgrade, and pay an outstanding balance
  • Sign agreements — versioned, so you can prove what was signed
  • Buy from the shop, and manage auto-renew
  • Light and dark themes, Arabic and English
Messaging and notifications
  • An event per thing worth telling a member about, routed per channel
  • WhatsApp templates, conversations and broadcasts
  • Claim and password-reset links that point at the right club's portal
  • Send throttling, so a system fault cannot message somebody thirty times
Reports and audit
  • Dashboard, analytics, membership KPIs and exports
  • Cohort retention, visit patterns, utilisation and at-risk members
  • An append-only audit trail of every write: who, what changed, when and from where
Staff, roles and clubs
  • Granular permissions per resource and action
  • Scopes: everything, only what I own, or only my club
  • Staff types, home clubs and club pinning
  • No staff member spans organizations — the boundary is enforced, not documented
