The questions that come up most. If yours is not here, the contact form reaches a person.

For gym members

This site sells the software your gym uses; we do not hold your membership. To freeze, cancel, book or pay, use your own gym's portal — the address you signed up at — or call the desk. We cannot see your account from here.

For gym owners
How long does it take to get running?

A single club with a clean member list is usually live within a week: catalogue and pricing on day one, members imported, then staff training. Multi-club groups take longer because the migration is bigger, not because the setup is.

Can we import from our current system?

Usually. Members, active memberships, remaining balances and PT packs import from a spreadsheet export. Historic attendance is possible but rarely worth the effort — tell us on the demo and we will be honest about it.

What happens to a membership when a member freezes?

The end date moves by the frozen days, access is withheld for the period, and the whole thing reverses if they change their mind. Limits — maximum days, uses per year, who may authorise one — are yours to set per plan.

Do you support ZATCA e-invoicing?

Yes, built in: onboarding, certificate lifecycle and reporting. It is not a separate integration to buy.

Can staff be limited to one club?

Yes, and to their own members within it. Permissions are per resource and action, with a scope, so a cashier can sell without seeing the register and a rep sees only the members they own.

Is there an API?

Yes, with issued keys, for the integrations a group usually needs. It is on the Scale plan.

Where is the data kept?

One installation, one database, and each gym separated inside it — no gym can see another's members, catalogue or takings. We will tell you exactly where it is hosted on the call.
